Join the Field Technology Services team at Manulife Wealth, where you will serve as a Salesforce Support Consultant. You will have 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, partnering with over 2000 advisors to optimize their use of our enterprise platform.
Your role includes delivering training, troubleshooting issues, and aligning advisor needs with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily virtual support for Salesforce usage
• Design and deliver enablement materials and training sessions
• Liaise with Continuous Delivery Organization to convey requirements
• Track common questions and adoption barriers
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align communication and release readiness
Requirements:
• 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience
• 1+ year of experience with Financial Services Cloud
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Client-facing support and wealth workflow knowledge preferred
• Salesforce certifications and bilingualism are assets
