Position: Director of Security Operations Role
Join PPI as the Director of Security Operations, overseeing critical cybersecurity measures in a flexible hybrid role. Ensure our technology environment meets stringent safety protocols across Canada.

In this senior management position, you'll be responsible for the daily security operations and compliance with the iAFG Security Policy Framework. You will collaborate with IT leaders, manage security projects, and guide a team devoted to ensuring security excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily operations for cybersecurity and vulnerability management

• Monitor compliance with the organization's security policies

• Lead security team in security assessments and incident response

• Manage security project implementation across business units

• Develop training programs for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Information Technology or Computer Science

• Seven years IT experience with five in security

• Proven leadership capabilities and project management skills

• Knowledgeable about the cyber threat landscape and security frameworks

• Strong analytical and communication skills
