As a Software Development IPT Lead at Raytheon Canada, you will spearhead the Training Management System (TMS) initiatives. Your expertise will ensure on-time delivery and performance efficacy, while leading a diverse team of professionals. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams for program execution

• Develop TMS objectives aligning with contract scope

• Ensure timely delivery of customer and subcontractor outputs

• Conduct performance reviews and manage project risks

• Report on progress, costs, and technical issues regularly

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar

• Minimum 8 years of software development experience

• Effective project management skills in cost control

• Hold or pursue PMP certification

• Fluent in both English and French
