Responsibilities
Job Description:
In this role, the candidate will be implementing Identity & Access Management catalog requests and workflows within Service Now. In this role the candidate will translate business requirements into technical workflows to meet access request and approval workflows using Service Now native functionality and third party REST API's.
The candidate will need to have a strong understanding of Service Now catalog builder , REST API's, Service Now Active Directory integrations. The candidate will require strong communication skills and be able to translate between business and technical requirements.
