L2 Service Desk Hardware Deployment Specialist

In this capacity, you will provide essential support to a large user base, primarily located onsite. Responsibilities encompass coordinating refresh activities for laptops and mobile devices while securely managing device swaps and office move support. Accurate documentation and ITSM ticket updates are integral aspects of daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute hardware lifecycle refresh projects
• Manage deployments of laptops and mobile devices
• Perform secure swaps and returns of devices
• Support moves and transitions within the office space
• Document work accurately and maintain IT asset records
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise-level hardware deployment
• Hands-on experience with device management and refreshes
• Proven track record of coordinating large rollouts
• Strong documentation skills for ITSM adherence
• Familiarity with asset lifecycle management policies
