The Information Technology (IT) Infrastructure Administrator plays a critical role in keeping the business running by ensuring the reliability, availability, and day-to-day operation of core IT infrastructure services across all locations. This role is a frontline operational partner to the Infrastructure Engineering team, focused on rapid issue resolution, proactive system support, and delivering a high-quality end-user experience. This position provides hands‑on support for Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, identity platforms, endpoint management, and conference room technologies.
The Administrator is responsible for monitoring system health, responding to incidents, maintaining security and compliance standards, and ensuring technology services consistently meet business needs with minimal disruption.
The compensation for this role will be commensurate based on education and/or experience.
What You'll Be Doing- Acts as a frontline infrastructure operations resource, ensuring high availability, performance, and business continuity for corporate and remote users.
- Responds to, troubleshoots, and resolves infrastructure‑related incidents and service requests using Service Now, emphasizing speed, accuracy, communication, and service restoration.
- Provides hands‑on operational support for Microsoft 365 services, Azure resources, Windows Server environments, and collaboration technologies to ensure reliable daily operations.
- Performs and supports identity and access operations across Active Directory and Entra , including user, group, authentication, application access, and endpoint onboarding support.
- Supports operational security controls and assists with vulnerability identification, remediation efforts, audits, and compliance activities to reduce risk and maintain system integrity.
- Associate’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft 365 Certified) are a plus.
- 1‑2 years of experience supporting the Windows operating system, Microsoft 365 products (Exchange, One Drive, Teams, Intune, SharePoint, etc.), as well as Active Directory/Intune policy implementation and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge and understanding of Active Directory, Entra , M365 security, and compliance‑related technologies (including retention policies).
