Your role will involve coordinating multiple teams, managing incidents, and using Agile Place or similar tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply agile practices to backlog management

• Facilitate backlog process, including planning and delivery

• Coordinate communication across technical solution teams

• Manage incidents and support teams in resolution

• Visualize metrics to track team performance
Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master

• Strong understanding of Agile principles

• Experience with Agile Place or similar tools

• Excellent communication skills for collaboration

• IT background with certifications (CSM, PSM, etc.)
