Application Support Engineer KUMDC

Required Skills:

* Strong C#/.NET experience (.NET Core 6 and .NET Framework/MVC)

* Experience building and supporting REST APIs

* React development experience

* Production support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis

* Docker and container-based deployments

* Git Hub, Git Hub Actions, CI/CD pipelines

* SQL Server or other relational database experience

* Experience working in ticket-driven support environments

* Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and users

Technical Environment:

* Sitecore, React, .NET MVC/Framework

* .NET Core 6 APIs

* Azure AKS, Azure Dev Ops, Azure Container Registry

* AWS ECS

* Docker

* Git Hub / Git Hub Actions

* SQL Server

Nice to Have:

* Sitecore CMS experience

* Moneris or payment processing experience

* IIS and Windows Server administration

* Azure and AWS exposure
