We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our internal suite of tools. You’ll be managing tools that service Fraud, Credit Risk, Support and Engineering. Tools that include our risk decisioning engines, user identity & authentication, internal CRM, compliance and chargebacks.

This is a high-impact role focused on building the systems and tooling that protect Helcim, our merchants, and the broader payments ecosystem.

You’ll own the strategy and execution of internal products that enable smarter decision‑making, reduce risk exposure, and support scalable, compliant growth. This role goes beyond backlog management, you’ll shape how Helcim approaches risk holistically, balancing security, user experience, and operational efficiency.

  • Experience working with fraud systems, credit risk, compliance tooling, or chargeback processes is a strong asset.
  • Strong product judgment with the ability to navigate trade‑offs between risk, user experience, and business impact.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex, data‑driven products in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Comfort working with technical systems, APIs, and data models.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across teams without formal authority.
  • A customer‑first mindset, with empathy for both merchants and internal users.
Key Competencies

The Role:

What You’ll Own
  • Define and drive the roadmap for internal risk systems, aligning with company goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve fraud detection, credit risk modeling, compliance workflows, and chargeback handling.
  • Balance risk mitigation with merchant experience to ensure friction is introduced only where it adds value.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging threats in payments and risk.
Execution & Delivery
  • Own the full product lifecycle—from discovery and definition through to launch and iteration.
  • Translate complex risk and compliance needs into clear product requirements and prioritized initiatives.
  • Partner closely with engineering, data, and design to deliver scalable, reliable systems.
  • Continuously improve internal tools and workflows to increase automation, accuracy, and efficiency.
Data & Optimization

  • Use data, experimentation, and user insights to drive decisions and optimize performance.
  • Partner with data teams to leverage models, signals, and analytics in product decisions.
Cross‑Functional Leadership
  • Act as the connective tissue between Risk, Data, Compliance, Operations, Engineering, and Product teams.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex topics into actionable insights.
  • Mentor teammates and elevate product thinking across the organization.
The Perks:
Why You’ll Love It Here
