Transform business processes at CPKC as a Full-Time Service Now Developer in Calgary, Alberta, focusing on automation and workflow optimization. This role is integral to our Service Management team.
As a Specialist IS Service Management Platform, you'll collaborate with business partners to enhance the effectiveness of workflows using Service Now. Engage in solution development, testing, and documentation. You will handle integrations, maintain certifications, and ensure daily support tasks are completed effectively while actively participating in Agile development practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and document solutions for customer requirements
• Enable effective integrations with Service Now
• Uphold certification for Service Now modules
• Manage daily support operations and ticket resolutions
• Analyze problems and validate possible solutions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar
• Minimum of 4 years developing on Service Now
• Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and automation
• Profound knowledge of ITIL and SDLC principles
• Strong analytical and collaborative skills
