Position: WFM Analyst for Data Visualization

This role seeks a creative analyst with over five years of experience in workforce management, analytics, and performance monitoring. You will use SQL, Snowflake, and Power BI to deliver insights through dashboards and presentations to leadership. Collaborate across teams to craft clear narratives that connect key performance indicators to operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive Power BI dashboards for data visualization

• Translate complex analysis into engaging narratives

• Create executive insight packs linking KPIs to impacts

• Conduct trend analysis and root-cause exploration

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of analytical experience in claims
