Transform people data into impactful insights with ATCO as an Analyst in People Analytics. This role supports HR and business decisions through data integration and analysis. As a temporary Analyst on the People Analytics team, you'll play a vital role in workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities- Support delivery of people analytics initiatives aligned to business goals
- Integrate data from various sources to interpret trends
- Build and maintain dashboards for clear reporting
- Assess data quality and ensure accurate outputs
- Conduct research to inform workforce trends
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years in advanced analytics or data science
- Experience with Power BI or analytics platforms
- Solid skills in data wrangling and analysis
- Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively
