Drive IT infrastructure initiatives with Staffing Pedia as an IT Infrastructure Manager in Calgary. This permanent, full-time position focuses on network systems and team leadership.
In this role, you will oversee the design and operational management of enterprise infrastructure, blending hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities. You will be instrumental in ensuring system reliability, maintaining robust infrastructure, and guiding the IT team toward operational excellence and successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute IT infrastructure strategies
• Direct hands-on network and server management efforts
• Ensure optimal performance and security for all systems
• Lead team development and performance evaluations
• Manage vendor relationships and technology assessments
Requirements:
• Over 10 years in IT infrastructure or systems management
• Strong background in firewall and cloud technologies
• Basic cybersecurity knowledge for network operations
• Scripting skills in Power Shell or similar
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
