Cisco Routing Expert

Become a key player in Cisco Routing and Switching with our Calgary Network Operations Centre. This onsite role focuses on infrastructure support and is ideal for candidates with strong technical skills.
We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert specialized in Cisco Routing & Switching for our downtown Calgary location. You will leverage your 4 years of experience in data infrastructure management and proven people management skills to support our Global Data Network. The role includes troubleshooting Cisco Routers and Switches, ensuring optimal performance, and supervising operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support for Global Data Network

• Supervise troubleshooting of production problems

• Oversee monitoring of LAN/WAN device issues

• Resolve hardware and software challenges

• Manage team of L2 engineers on daily tasks
Requirements:

• 4 years' data infrastructure troubleshooting experience

• 2 years' experience in people management

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Hands-on with Cisco Switches and Routers

• Experience with Infoblox DNS and Cisco Wireless Controllers
