Candidates should possess 3-5 years of deskside support, IMAC, and break-fix experience. You will be the go-to technician, using your strong internetworking skills and relevant vendor certifications such as A+, Cisco, or Microsoft. Candidates need to demonstrate effective task management while working independently or in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct hardware refreshes and deployments
• Provide expert deskside support to end-users
• Act as team lead for IT projects as required
• Resolve technical issues with minimal supervision
• Deliver outstanding customer service and communication
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in support roles
• A+ certification and at least one from Cisco or Microsoft
• IT diploma from an accredited institution
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks
• Availability for flexible work hours
