Reporting directly to the Director of Strategic Operations, you will own the processes related to sales and customer operations. This role calls for your analytical skills and experience in CRM systems to drive effective workflows and data clarity. You will collaborate with business units to refine system capabilities and improve reporting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee CRM/ERP workflows and data structures

• Develop and maintain effective dashboards for business insights

• Support workflows from opportunity management to post-sales

• Automate routine reporting to reduce manual tasks

• Ensure alignment of reporting systems with company operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or similar practical experience

• 3-5 years in commercial operations or CRM administration

• Hands-on with Net Suite, Salesforce, or equivalent

• Proven reporting and data management abilities

• Strong system thinking and governance balance
