Supply Chain Oracle Training Specialist

This position empowers you to facilitate training sessions that bridge gaps between technology and supply chain processes. By collaborating with process owners, you will ensure that training materials are impactful and meet user needs effectively.
Your role will be crucial in tracking adoption and supporting users as they navigate system changes and improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-person and online training for various audiences
• Support users with questions and troubleshooting as needed
• Develop and improve training manuals and documentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine training content
• Oversee user acceptance testing and validate impacts
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related area
• 3+ years in Oracle Fusion SCM training
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Share Point
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
