Position: Senior SAP OTC Lead Consultant to will lead Order-to-Cash (OTC) functional activities within an SAP environment,
We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC Lead Consultant for an immediate contract opportunity. The consultant will lead Order-to-Cash (OTC) functional activities within an SAP environment, supporting sales operations, pricing, billing, returns, and customer order management processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong SAP SD expertise, combined with experience working in distribution or wholesale distribution environments.

Lead SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) functional activities and support business operationsWork closely with sales, customer service, supply chain, warehouse, and finance teamsConfigure and support SAP SD processes including order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and returnsSupport end-to-end OTC processes from customer order creation through invoicing and payment integrationManage pricing procedures, rebate processing, and billing configurationsSupport returns management and warranty-related business processesCollaborate on OMS+ integration activities and ensure seamless order flow between systemsTroubleshoot functional issues and provide production supportConduct workshops, testing, defect resolution, and end-user supportWork closely with cross-functional SAP teams including Finance, MM, and Supply ChainAssist with process improvements and operational optimization initiativesMust Haves
Strong experience as an SAP OTC / SAP SD ConsultantExpertise in:SAP SDPricing ConfigurationBillingReturns ManagementRebatesOMS+ IntegrationWarranty ProcessesStrong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash business processesExperience integrating SAP SD with Finance and Supply Chain functionsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsNice to Have
Industry experience in Distribution or Wholesale Distribution strongly preferredFrench is an asset
