Position: ServiceNow Developer to support the implementation of Identity & Access Management (IAM) catalog requests and approval
Our client is seeking a Service Now Developer to support the implementation of Identity & Access Management (IAM) catalog requests and approval workflows within Service Now. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions using Service Now native functionality, Active Directory integrations, and third-party REST APIs (Hybrid, Calgary AB). [-40]
Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing IAM-related service catalog requests and workflow automation within Service Now. This role requires strong technical expertise in Service Now development and integrations, combined with the ability to effectively bridge business and technical requirements. The position operates within a small project team and offers a hybrid work arrangement with approximately one day per week onsite in Calgary.
Must-Haves:
5+ years of Service Now development and/or administration experienceExperience building and configuring Service Now Service Catalog items and workflows using Catalog BuilderStrong experience developing and consuming REST APIs
, including third-party system integrationsExperience integrating Service Now with Active Directory and Identity & Access Management (IAM) processesAbility to gather, interpret, and translate business requirements into technical workflow solutionsExperience configuring Service Now approval workflows and access request processesNice-to-Haves:
Experience implementing IAM-related solutions within Service NowExperience working within enterprise Service Now environmentsFamiliarity with Service Now integration frameworks and best practicesService Now certifications (CSA, CAD, or related)Responsibilities:
