Position Overview

JOT is growing, and we are hiring an Account Executive focused on new client acquisition and account growth across Calgary and Western Canada. We believe success follows when you do the right things: build trust, understand the business problem and deliver real value. This role is for someone who is excited about opening new doors, building relationships from scratch, understanding what clients are actually trying to accomplish and helping them harness AI, cloud and modern enterprise technology to move faster, work smarter and grow.

You will own opportunities end‑to‑end, from first conversation through close, supported by a brilliant technical team. The role blends business development, account management and partner engagement inside a collaborative, low‑ego environment.

The role is calibrated for an experienced intermediate with a strong Calgary network and the instincts to use it well.

Key Responsibilities Win New Business
  • Identify and engage organizations across Calgary and Western Canada where JOT can make a meaningful impact
  • Build relationships with senior decision‑makers and executives across Calgary's downtown business community
  • Develop relationships through in‑person meetings and leverage virtual selling tools (video conferencing, digital demos, webinars and virtual events) to drive engagement, accelerate deal cycles and maintain consistent client touchpoints
  • Lead discovery conversations across AI, cloud, ERP and application modernization to understand client goals and articulate how the right technology solutions can accelerate their business
  • Prepare proposals and presentations, working closely with our technical and practice leads to shape solutions that are both credible and commercially compelling
  • Support key client engagements and executive‑level discussions to advance complex opportunities through to close
Grow Existing Accounts
  • Expand opportunities within existing client accounts through trusted, long‑term relationships
  • Identify new opportunities for expansion, renewal and service attach across client segments
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and ongoing value realization
  • Act as the client's advocate inside JOT
