Frequency Foundry is looking for a client-facing, technically strong Solutions Engineering Lead to support pre-sales technical engagements, customer onboarding, and implementation delivery for our CRM solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who can bridge sales, architecture, solution design, and technical delivery. You will work with prospects, clients, engineering teams, onboarding teams, developers, functional consultants, and leadership to help clients understand what is possible, design practical solutions, and lead successful implementations.
What You’ll Do- Support pre-sales technical engagements, including solution demonstrations, architecture discussions, RFP/RFI support, and technical Q&A.
- Demonstrate product capabilities and explain solution architecture clearly to both business and technical audiences.
- Translate client needs into practical, scalable, and supportable solution designs.
- Act as a technical lead on customer onboarding projects.
- Guide developers, configurators, integration specialists, QA resources, and implementation consultants.
- Support architecture for Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, Power Pages, integrations, portals, custom components, and Azure services.
- Get hands‑on as needed for onboarding engagements and pre‑sales technical demonstrations.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, integration considerations, and implementation complexity early.
- Help ensure projects move smoothly from discovery and design through build, testing, UAT, go‑live, hypercare, and support transition.
- 6+ years of experience in solutions engineering, solution architecture, technical consulting, CRM implementation, SaaS implementation, or enterprise application development.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform .
- Experience with Dataverse, XRM framework, plugins, workflows, JavaScript, solution management, and security configuration .
- Experience with Power Pages, ADX‑style portals, or similar portal technologies .
- Strong web application development experience using .NET, ASP.NET, MVC, C#, Web APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS .
- Experience designing or supporting integrations between enterprise systems.
- Ability to lead technical discussions with client IT teams, business stakeholders, developers, and implementation resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong judgment, problem‑solving ability, and comfort balancing client needs, product capability, delivery realities, and long‑term maintainability.
- Power Platform Architect certification
- Azure /AI / App Development Certifications
- Experience in pre‑sales, sales engineering, or technical solution consulting.
- Experience with higher education, student lifecycle systems, admissions, student success, advancement, or continuing education.
- Experience with SIS platforms such as Ellucian Banner, Colleague, People Soft Campus Solutions, or Workday Student.
- Experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions, App Services, API Management, or Azure SQL.
- Experience in consulting, professional services, customer onboarding, or SaaS delivery environments.
