In this role, you will engage with Manulife Wealth advisors, delivering remote support while ensuring effective platform utilization. With 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience and outstanding communication skills, you will play a pivotal role in aiding client-facing support initiatives and addressing workflows specific to wealth management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide virtual guidance for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud users
• Create quick reference guides and walkthroughs for advisors
• Liaise with the Continuous Delivery Organization on platform needs
• Translate business requirements into user stories
• Identify adoption barriers and recommend training solutions
Requirements:
• 5+ years of Salesforce experience
• 1+ year of Financial Services Cloud exposure
• Proven client-facing support skills
• Strong analytical problem-solving abilities
• Salesforce certifications preferred; bilingualism is an asset
