Business Systems Analyst - Digital Solutions

Your role will emphasize application support and system integration.
This position entails the full lifecycle of business application management, from implementation and configuration to providing tier 3 support. As a subject-matter expert, you'll work closely with business stakeholders to resolve complex issues and ensure compliance with operational requirements. Your efforts will ensure high-quality documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Keolis across Western Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure business applications effectively

• Provide Tier 3 troubleshooting for application incidents

• Design and monitor system data exchanges

• Maintain and develop technical and functional documentation

• Assist with application enhancements and vendor management
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or a related field

• Experience with enterprise applications and data integrations

• Familiarity with ETL concepts and middleware

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Comfort with multiple priorities in production environments
