Oracle Training Analyst

Position: Oracle Training Analyst at ATCO
Transform supply chain training with ATCO as an Oracle Training Analyst. Design and deliver impactful learning experiences for users adapting to Oracle Supply Chain Management technology.
In this role, you will enhance user proficiency through tailored training sessions and collaborative support. Partner with teams to ensure training aligns with Oracle’s evolving functionalities and business processes, while promoting effective learning methods. Your focus on user support and material development will empower internal stakeholders and vendors in adopting vital systems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions

• Troubleshoot user issues and manage training inquiries

• Create comprehensive training materials and documentation

• Align training content with Oracle configurations and processes

• Coordinate user acceptance testing and feedback sessions
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field

• 3+ years Oracle Fusion SCM training experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Share Point

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to adapt to system changes and user needs
