Endpoint Management Desktop Engineer

In this role, you will monitor, resolve, and manage desktop environments, ensuring compliance and device health across an enterprise fleet. You'll collaborate with a talented team and support major infrastructure projects while delivering exceptional user experiences. Your expertise in application packaging and deployment will be critical to achieving seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage tier 3 technical support requests effectively
• Package applications and updates for deployment
• Establish and maintain compliance policies within Intune
• Proactively monitor endpoint device health
• Assist in infrastructure upgrade projects
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of MECM/Intune administration
• Expertise in application packaging and deployment
• Solid knowledge of OSD build processes
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Power Apps
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
