IT Support Specialist at Bulletproof IT

Become an integral part of Bulletproof IT's team as an IT Support Specialist. Your focus will be on configuring and supporting various technology solutions for clients both virtually and onsite.

In this role, you will handle Microsoft Windows desktops, Microsoft 365, and remote services. Collaborating with your teammates, you'll troubleshoot issues and deliver timely resolutions that enhance client satisfaction. Your expertise in client technology environments, along with effective communication skills, will be key to your success and the clients' experiences.
