Core Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and support business-class technology solutions both onsite and remotely
• Respond to client requests by identifying issues, troubleshooting effectively, and delivering timely resolutions
• Collaborate with your teammates to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
• Provide recommendations and guidance to improve client environments and user experience
• Assist with the design and delivery of IT projects
• Maintain clear, accurate, and concise documentation for all work performed

We’re growing steadily and looking for someone who has experience supporting:

• Microsoft Windows desktops and servers
• Microsoft 365 / Exchange environments
• Remote Desktop Services
• Firewalls and network infrastructure
• Cloud services
• Mobile devices

Just as important as your technical skills are your communication and people skills. Certifications and formal education are an asset, but we value the right experience, attitude, and approach just as much.
