You’re as comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of work streams and configuring SAP solutions. And you’re up for traveling regularly to client sites.
Thework:
- Use your business smarts to kick‑start SAP Fieldglass transformation or deployment programs
- Independently deliver client workshops in SAP Fieldglass leveraging your expertise in SAP Fieldglass including Contingent Workforce Management (CW), Services Procurement (SOW), and Profile Worker modules
- Show clients how they can use and integrate SAP Fieldglass to solve their business problems
- Lead, guide, or lean in on the Design, Build/Configure, Test and Deployment of core Fieldglass solutions and ensure it works seamlessly
- Work as part of a team where you wear many hats – interacting with clients, managing work streams, collaborating with other teams – and where you may need to be in charge
- Run work streams and/or project activities you’ve been given
- Interact with all work streams – functional, technical, testing, change management, project management and more
- Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients’ needs
- Find configuration solutions that meet business and technical requirements
- Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions
- Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors
- Continue to learn and develop your broader SAP business and technical expertise
- Minimum 5 years of experience deploying SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce and/or Services Procurement modules
- Minimum 3 years of experience across all Software Development Lifecycle project phases including Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, Test, Deploy & Support
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on‑and off‑shore resources
- Minimum of 2 end‑to‑end SAP Fieldglass implementations, including hands‑on design and configuration
- A bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
- English fluency is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint
- You are fluent in French language
- You’ve obtained SAP Fieldglass certification in either/both Contingent Workforce Management (CW) or Services Procurement (SOW) modules
- You have SAP Fieldglass operational experience – either buyer side or within an MSP
- You have SAP Ariba or Sourcing/Procurement experience
- You’ve developed a deep expertise in the following areas:
- Integration of SAP Fieldglass with S/4, SAP Ariba, SAP Success Factors (or other HXM), and other downstream systems
- Data Migration – Master Data, Invoice Data, Cross Application Data, Open Contracts
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
