MNP is looking for a proactive Enterprise Initiatives Lead to collaborate with our Technology – Solution Delivery team. You will work with internal business leaders to guide project scopes, manage execution, and ensure successful adoption of key initiatives.
Your role will directly influence the restructuring of mid-market business practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with leaders to define and clarify vision
• Lead project initiatives from inception to successful implementation
• Drive clear execution plans and deliverables
• Manage multiple projects of diverse complexity
• Engage and influence stakeholders for decision alignment
Requirements:
• 5+ years in project management, preferably in consulting
• Proven capability in managing cross-functional projects
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent executive presentation and communication skills
• Agile and Waterfall delivery experience considered a plus
