The Opportunity

Join a high-performing team delivering large-scale Finance Transformation projects for Fortune 500 clients. We’re looking for experienced professionals ready to step into a high-visibility role combining strategy, transformation, and executive exposure within a quick-paced international environment.

You’ll work directly with senior stakeholders to optimize finance operations, drive transformation initiatives, and deliver scalable solutions across complex multinational organizations.

• Lead and support end-to-end Finance Transformation initiatives
• Partner with executives on strategic finance and operational improvements
• Drive ERP/EPM, automation, and process optimization projects
• Navigate complex accounting and business challenges
• Collaborate across international teams in a dynamic environment
• Participate in steering committees and executive-level presentations

• 5+ years of experience within a Big 4 setting
• Strong background in Finance, Audit, Advisory, or Transformation
• CPA and/or MBA preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Open to travel and potential international mobility opportunities
