Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with experience supporting End User Computing (EUC) / Digital Workplace projects in a large enterprise environment
This contract will go to the end of the year and is % remote.
This role will work closely with multidisciplinary technology and business teams to plan, design, develop, and implement business and technology solutions that enhance employee productivity, workplace technology services, and user experience. The ideal candidate brings strong business analysis experience within enterprise IT environments and is comfortable working across fast-paced, complex, and evolving initiatives. Experience supporting workplace technology, enterprise applications, or IT service delivery projects is highly preferred.
Must have:
8+ years of Business Analysis experience within enterprise environmentsExperience with E
nd User Computing (EUC)/ Workplace technologies (for example:
Bring your own Device (BYOD), Microsoft , Laptop/Desktop lifecycle, Hybrid Workforce Support, Infrastructure Projects, User Experience / Process improvement projects within end user computing domain)Experience gathering, analyzing and documenting business and functional requirementsLead requirement elicitation sessions and document business process workflowsAssist with user training
, process improvements, and operational readiness activitiesNice to have:
BA certificationWhat you will be doing:
