Senior Accounting Analyst

Join an impact-driven team as a Senior Accounting Analyst focused on SAP Master Data Management and Capital Accounting in Calgary. Act as a strategic partner to Finance and contribute to the optimization of data processes.

This senior role reports to the Team Lead, Master Data & Capital Accounting, and calls for expert guidance in SAP master data design and governance. You will support critical month-end processes and enhance the SAP asset register while collaborating closely with Capital Accounting and Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on SAP master data governance and lifecycle

• Lead discussions to optimize WBS design for reporting

• Provide expert troubleshooting support to users

• Identify opportunities to streamlining data processes

• Maintain key master data elements for compliance

Requirements:

• Degree in Commerce or Accounting with 8+ years' experience

• Strong SAP S/4

HANA Fiori knowledge

• Proven problem-solving skills and communication ability

• Advanced Excel skills for data management

• Proactive mindset to navigate complex issues
