As a key member of the Audio Visual department, you will report to the Technical Supervisor and handle a blend of routine and intricate tasks. The role requires collaborating with clients to ensure clear communication, effectively organizing your workload, and possibly working after hours to meet demands. You will play a significant role in maintaining service quality within the Technical Job Family, Phase 2 under the AUPE bargaining unit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain precise records on Service Now
• Manage equipment inventories in workshops
• Plan and organize daily tasks for efficiency
• Follow procedures for incident tracking
• Innovate solutions for complex client issues
Requirements:
• Diploma in Broadcast Electronics or equivalent
• 4-6 years of audio-visual industry experience
• In-depth understanding of control systems
• Proficiency in key software applications
• Clean Class 5 driver’s license required
