About the RoleThink Techis growing and looking to add aTechnical Project Coordinator to our team. This role supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of client projects across ERP implementations, custom software development, web platforms, and digital initiatives.
The Technical Project Coordinator works closely with developers, consultants, and clients to help ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and aligned with client expectations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong organizational mindset and technical project experience who is looking to grow into a Project Manager role over time.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining project structure, facilitating communication across teams, and helping ensure successful project delivery in a fast-paced consulting environment.
What You’ll Do- Assistin coordinating client projects across ERP implementations, custom software development, web development, and digital initiatives
- Support planning project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Coordinate internal and client meetings, including scheduling, documentation, and tracking follow-up actions
- Maintain project plans, documentation, and task tracking across project management tools
- Monitor project milestones and proactivelyidentifyrisks, delays, or resource constraints
- Communicate updates and coordinate work between developers, consultants, designers, and other internal teams
- Ensure project documentation, requirements, and deliverablesremainorganized and up to date
- Assist with quality checks and final reviews before project milestones or client handoffs
- Support continuous improvement of internal project management processes and workflows
- 3+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator or similar project support role
- Experience working on technical projects such as software development, ERP implementations, or system integrations
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including developers, consultants, and clients
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira,Click Up, Monday, or similar platforms)
- Based in Calgary and able to work from our downtown office
- Experience working in a consulting, technology, or digital services environment
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies
- Exposure to ERP, CRM, or enterprise system implementations
- Post-secondary education in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field
