On behalf of our client, a government agency located in Calgary, we are recruiting for a Help Desk Level role to provide support to a large user base. This role is primarily onsite in Calgary
This role is an off‑queue, execution‑focused position dedicated to large‑scale hardware lifecycle activities and deployment projects. The resource will focus on laptop, mobile device, and monitor refreshes; coordinated deployments; secure swaps and returns; and office move support, ensuring lifecycle work does not negatively impact daily Service Desk operations.
Skills Requirements- Demonstrated experience supporting hardware lifecycle and deployment activities in an enterprise IT environment
- Hands‑on experience with laptop, mobile device, and peripheral deployments, swaps, and refreshes
- Experience executing large‑scale rollouts or refresh initiatives with minimal disruption to users
- Ability to perform secure device swaps, returns and preparation for reuse or disposal in accordance with policy
