- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for IT/security projects.
- Work closely with business and technical teams to perform gap analysis and improve processes.
- Create process flows, data flow diagrams, and business analysis artifacts.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and act as a liaison between business and IT teams.
- Support project planning, risk identification, and change management activities.
- Business Analysis – Requirement gathering, BRD/FRD, process mapping.
- Cyber Security Background – Experience in security/IT-related projects (mandatory).
- Change Management – Managing project/process changes effectively.
- Problem Solving – Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Stakeholder Communication – Excellent articulation, facilitation, and documentation skills.
