Join Cadre as a Business Analyst specializing in IT Service Management in Calgary. You'll analyze and optimize ITSM processes, focusing on Service Now for seamless integration.
We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to enhance IT operations within two client organizations. Your primary role involves documenting workflows and aligning processes with Service Now standards. You'll also support transition activities, migrate data from Fresh Service, and ensure user training for the new systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders
• Document workflows across ITSM processes
• Normalize and optimize ITSM processes in Service Now
• Develop migration plans from Fresh Service to Service Now
• Conduct user training and workshops for client teams
Requirements:
• Proven experience in ITSM or enterprise technology
• Knowledge of Service Now ITSM modules
• Experience with CMDB and Service Mapping
• Familiarity with Fresh Service migration projects
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
Contribute to the successful integration of ITSM processes and support client teams with effective onboarding.
