Join West Jet as a People Systems Business Analyst and make a significant impact on our Human Capital Management technology solutions. This in-person role focuses on stakeholder engagement and quality assurance.
This position requires at least five years of business analysis experience, particularly in Payroll and HR systems. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to gather and define requirements while managing risks and validating outcomes. This role is essential for shaping the technology strategy and ensuring system integrity across complex integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with business owners for requirement evaluation
• Anticipate stakeholder needs to enhance processes
• Execute test scenarios for regression testing
• Identify and mitigate project risks effectively
• Contribute to the development of user stories and prioritization
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Business Analysis, Payroll/HR preferred
• Strong quality assurance and testing knowledge
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Agile/Dev Ops experience is a plus
• Knowledge of Dayforce, Success Factors, and JDE
