Lead customer engagement as a Strategic Solutions Engineer. Support enterprise API adoption through demos, proof of concept integrations, and comprehensive customer advocacy.
With over 10 years of experience, your role will focus on helping enterprise customers navigate the API lifecycle effectively. You'll engage in discovery sessions, address technical questions, and ensure customers feel supported in their API-first endeavors. Understanding customer workflows will be essential to providing tailored solutions that resonate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage prospects through solution-oriented technical demos
• Maintain and develop customer sandbox environments
• Act as a technical intermediary between sales and engineering
• Create proof of concept integrations and workflows
• Communicate insights and feedback to improve practices
Requirements:
• 10+ years in enterprise sales or solutions engineering
• 6+ years of software development and API experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related
• Familiarity with cloud services and SaaS sales
• Strong relational skills with senior management
