In this vital role, you will ensure the reliability and quality of supply chain capabilities across North America while working three days a week in the office. Your expertise in test strategy, defect management, and system validation will prove invaluable when collaborating with Supply Chain, IT, and external vendors. You will work to drive productivity, ensuring effective operational outcomes through careful oversight and comprehensive testing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute end-to-end QA strategy and governance
• Develop risk-based test strategies and plans
• Validate cross-platform integrations and workflows
• Lead defect lifecycle management and resolution
• Drive test automation and enhance QA processes
Requirements:
• 5+ years in QA/testing with enterprise data
• Strong experience in SIT/UAT and defect management
• ERP experience, preferably with SAP S/4
• Advanced Excel skills for data validation
• Understanding of Agile/SAFe delivery models
