As an integral member of Clio’s IT team, you will manage support tickets, conduct detailed troubleshooting, and improve asset management. This hybrid position allows you to refine processes that elevate employee productivity. Collaborate on IT initiatives within a transformative legal tech environment, ensuring world-class support for Clio's workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee IT support ticket lifecycle from submission to resolution
• Document and communicate solutions for user understanding
• Facilitate new employee onboarding and system access
• Control hardware inventory and manage asset lifecycle
• Implement IT security measures in collaboration with the team
Requirements:
• 2-5 years in IT support or related experience
• Proficient in managing incoming support tickets
• Familiarity with Kandji, Intune, and IT security protocols
• Hands-on experience with 2500+ endpoint management
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts
