In this full-time, one-year contract position, you will engage with the Corporate Development team to develop systems for accessing, archiving, and eliminating corporate records while adhering to essential legal and regulatory requirements. Your efforts will also involve coordinating staff training on best practices for knowledge management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement corporate records systems
• Maintain strict compliance with recordkeeping standards
• Safeguard privacy during record disposal
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for recordkeeping
• Conduct training for effective record management practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
• 3–5 years of corporate records management experience
• Competent in Microsoft Office and management technologies
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
