Position: Infrastructure Analyst at Whitecap Resources
Join Whitecap Resources as an Infrastructure Analyst to ensure the high availability and security of our Operational Technology systems.

Your role is vital in supporting efficient oil and gas operations.

As part of a leading Canadian energy company, you'll work under the Manager of Network & OT Infrastructure. Your primary focus will be administering Windows server infrastructure and monitoring performance, capacity, and events. You'll need to implement security controls while collaborating with various teams to enhance system performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support server infrastructure within OT

• Proactively monitor and resolve system issues

• Carry out server configuration and lifecycle management

• Address infrastructure incidents and service requests

• Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities

• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and vulnerabilities

• Experience with virtual platforms and Nutanix AHV

• Solid understanding of networking concepts, TCP/IP, DNS

• Meticulous attention to safety and operational risks
