In this Information Security Lead role, you will ensure the security and integrity of Dentons Canada’s information assets. You will lead initiatives in security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management while mentoring team members. Your hands-on leadership will guide the development of security protocols and governance across cloud services and on-premises environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide architectural oversight for security controls

• Lead day-to-day security operations and incident management

• Guide teams in securing cloud and enterprise environments

• Develop data protection and compliance frameworks

• Monitor security posture and recommend improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years in IT, cybersecurity-focused

• 6 years in Security roles, 3 years in a lead capacity

• Deep experience with Azure security solutions

• Familiarity with data loss prevention and compliance

• Relevant certifications desired, e.g., CISSP, CISM
