We are seeking a full-time Network VPN Subject Matter Expert to oversee lifecycle management of critical IMT services for the Government of Alberta. You will manage operations, risk, and changes while providing comprehensive technical analysis and support. Your expertise will guide projects ensuring alignment with ITIL standards and foster collaboration among teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as service owner for enterprise network services
• Plan and implement service changes to enhance performance
• Provide advanced technical support and on-call coverage
• Lead projects aligned with technical requirements
• Develop system reporting and documentation standards
Requirements:
• University degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 4 years of networking experience
• Knowledge of network routing protocols and SD-WAN
• Experience with remote access technologies
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement
