Your role will emphasize technical expertise and clear communication within a dynamic enterprise environment.
In this client-facing position, you will provide L2/L3 network support, act as a lead resource for escalations, and collaborate with onsite and global teams. With a focus on enterprise infrastructure, your responsibilities will include troubleshooting critical issues and maintaining network stability across about 20,000 devices, while guiding the Network Operations Center (NOC) team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide L2/L3 support for network issues
• Act as a primary resource for escalations
• Collaborate closely with the onsite team in Calgary
• Troubleshoot critical business-impacting issues
• Support enterprise network infrastructure stability
Requirements:
• Expertise in routing and switching (Cisco preferred)
• Experience in large-scale network environments
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• Familiarity with NOC operations and global infrastructures
• Ability to work onsite in Calgary full-time
