We're looking for a strategic Senior Business Analyst to lead business transformation and drive innovation across our national Door-to-Door and Call Centre teams. You'll lead pilot programs, harness AI tools to deliver data-driven insights, and guide cross-functional teams through digital initiatives—all while gaining exposure to cutting-edge generative AI platforms like TELUS Fueli

• Lead evaluation and analysis of compensation, Living Out Allowance, and SPIFF programs
• Design pilot frameworks, define success metrics, and establish KPIs
• Present business cases and scaling recommendations to executive leadership

• Mentor teams on AI tool adoption and best practices
• Identify opportunities to embed AI solutions into business processes

• Partner with vendor, QA, data, and operations teams
• Lead requirements workshops with diverse stakeholders
• Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams

• Conduct monthly strategic reviews with trend analysis
• Generate actionable insights from complex datasets using business intelligence platforms
• Create compelling dashboards and visualizations for executive decision-making
• Support compensation reporting and payment processes

• Identify bottlenecks and recommend AI-assisted improvements
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses for new initiatives
• Build playbooks and best practice guides for team adoption

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, or related field
• 7+ years as a Business Analyst (3+ in a senior/lead capacity)
• Advanced proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Expert‑level Excel and SQL skills
• Demonstrated experience leading pilots or innovation initiatives
• Hands‑on experience with AI/ML tools and generative AI platforms
• Strong project management and executive communication skills
• Ability to mentor junior analysts

• Experience with TELUS Fueli

• Background in telecommunications, digital services, or technology
• Experience managing distributed/remote teams
• Fluency in French and English (verbal & written)
