You will be instrumental in business system analysis, focusing on application maintenance and user support. With 3 to 5 years of experience, your knowledge of reporting technologies and Agile methodologies will help streamline processes. Collaborate with project teams to identify requirements and test applications for optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and configure business applications for users

• Collaborate with project managers to establish project goals

• Interview users to capture requirements effectively

• Test and document changes in business applications

• Log support requests and track in Dev Ops

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a related technical field

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience required

• Strong SQL capabilities and knowledge of cloud technologies

• Familiarity with ITIL best practices for application support

• Strong communication and customer service orientation
