Join WSP as a Global Procurement Systems Business Analyst, enhancing procurement operations through IT collaboration and technology solutions. Utilize your analytical skills and system expertise to drive efficiency.
In this role, you will work with minimal supervision, supporting the Director of Global Procurement Process and Systems. Your responsibility includes troubleshooting system issues and deploying new procurement technologies. Collaborating with IT and procurement teams will enable effective solutions aligned with WSP’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a procurement technology systems expert
• Troubleshoot issues and support global procurement users
• Assist in implementing and optimizing procurement tools
• Deliver user support and conduct training sessions
• Propose enhancements to system functionality
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum five years in procurement or business analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
