As a Technical Customer Engineer, you will bridge the gap between our sales and customer experience teams. Your expertise will guide clients through the entire deployment lifecycle, ensuring effective integration and operation of our platform. You will also deliver presentations that demonstrate the value of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert support during customer integration phases
• Execute sophisticated product demonstrations and POCs
• Offer technical insights into best practices
• Manage critical client relationships for high satisfaction
Requirements:
• Proven knowledge in graph databases, including Neo4j
• Understanding of Terraform and infrastructure as code
• Proficiency with REST APIs and Kafka for data integration
• Skills in programming languages like Python and Java script
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
